It all began with a swipe to the right. On December 26, 2018, Blake and Madison matched on Tinder, and their journey began. Just days later, they shared their first date at the Ouray Brewery on January 5, 2019. With their shared love for adventure, laughter, and connection, it didn’t take long for their relationship to blossom.

By May 2019, Blake officially asked Madison to be his girlfriend. Even a year of long-distance couldn’t dim their bond as they navigated life on opposite sides of the country. Through road trips, video calls, and countless airport goodbyes, they knew their love was worth every effort.

In March 2020, they closed the distance and moved in together, ready to embrace every adventure life had to offer. Their love for camping, skiing, hiking, and road trips flourished, especially in the stunning beauty of their hometown, Ridgway, CO—a place that holds so many cherished memories.

October 2023 marked another milestone as they bought their first home, setting roots in the mountains they adore.

Then, on November 5, 2024, during a trip to their favorite little town in Mexico, Blake planned the ultimate surprise. He hired a photographer under the pretense of "family portraits" and captured the perfect moment he got down on one knee. Madison said yes! The day ended with a private, romantic dinner on a deck by the lagoon, celebrating their love and future together.
